10 Week Care Program
The postpartum period is filled with joy, but it can also bring exhaustion, isolation, and an overwhelming mental load, particularly for Mamas without a strong support network.
Our 10-Week Care Program exists to provide free practical, tangible support during this season.
This is not counselling, medical care, or a government-funded service. It is a self-funded charitable initiative that aims to ease some of the everyday pressures of early motherhood through nutritionist-recommended meals and hands-on household support.
What’s Included:
10 weeks of nourishing postpartum meals
Weekly Meal Delivery
Each week, our Mamas receive:
5 frozen meals
Delivered directly to their home on Saturday
Prepared for convenient reheating throughout the week
All meals are planned by a qualified nutritionist and are intended to include a variety of foods from across the major food groups.
Our goal is not to provide a restrictive or specialised meal plan, but rather nourishing, practical meals that help reduce the burden of cooking during an already demanding season of life.
Please Note: We can’t currently cater for allergies or preferences.
